SHIPPING

GSCUSA currently ships to the United States and all U.S. Territories.  Shipping and packing is free via USPS Priority mail. Shipping of bore cleaner and oil is via UPS Ground. Shipping to Canada is via a 3rd party agent.

RETURNS

Unused bullets that are marked ‘In Stock’ on our price lists, purchased from GSCUSA, may be returned for exchange within 30 days of being received by the customer. Bullets must be returned in their original box, unopened and the same quantity that was received by the customer. Returns for bullets that are marked ‘Custom’ on our price lists are not accepted. Return shipping is for the account of the customer.

When you purchase any of our products, you accept full responsibility to comply with all regulations in your area. You also warrant that you have read this information, is an adult and have no legal disability that would preclude you from purchasing restricted items. Federal law 18 U.S.C. 922(D)(1)-(9) may apply.

GSCUSA products should only be exported from the United States in accordance with the Bureau of Industry and Security Regulations. Diversion, contrary to U.S. law, is prohibited. Under Federal Law (the Arms Export Control Act - AECA and International Traffic in Arms Regulations - ITAR), it is unlawful and illegal to export defense items without a U.S. State Department-issued license. See e.g. ITAR Section 121.1 Categories I to III.

GSC turned copper bullets are legal in California and are approved by the California Department of Fish and Wildlife as being non-lead.

GUARANTEE

All GSC Bullets are within 0.0002" (0.005 mm) of the stated size/shape of each other and within 0.25% of the stated weight regardless of when they are manufactured. (IE: A 100gr bullet may weigh 99.75gr to 100.25gr)
